BOOKING DEPOSITS
Please note it's our company policy to take deposits for bookings; $50 for blow drys, $100 for colour services and $100 for extensions. This deposit will come off your total service price on the day of your appointment. This is NOT a booking fee or extra charge, it's a deposit to secure your appointment. This can be paid over the phone, direct deposit or in person. Unfortunately cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. Trendz Studio reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments at anytime, please keep your contact details up to date with us.
COMPLIMENTARY ADJUSTMENT PERIOD POLICY
At our salon, we are fully dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your new hairstyle. Your happiness is our top priority, and we stand by our commitment to provide you with an exceptional experience. If, for any reason, you find yourself less than delighted with your freshly styled locks, we invite you to connect with our warm and accommodating front-of-house team within a 2-week window from your appointment date. You can reach out to us via phone or email, and we will be thrilled to make any necessary adjustments at no additional cost.
We take immense pride in cultivating an open and secure atmosphere that welcomes your return for any desired modifications. It's important to note that color corrections, especially when transitioning from dark to light shades, may require more than one visit to achieve the desired outcome. During your initial consultation with your stylist, they will discuss the process with you and provide a clear understanding of the steps involved.
Please keep in mind that if your color goal necessitates additional services beyond a simple adjustment, this will not fall under the scope of our complimentary adjustment policy. However, we will always communicate any additional services needed to reach your desired look and provide transparent pricing and guidance.
While we do not offer refunds, our primary focus remains on delivering exceptional hair services that consistently leave you feeling fantastic after each visit.
